The RS lineage dates back to the 1972 Carrera RS 2.7: lightweight 911s, homologated for racing. The 992 GT3 RS pushes this concept further than ever before: a naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six producing 525 hp at 9,000 rpm, Formula 1-inspired active aerodynamics with DRS, and 860 kg of downforce at 285 km/h — a record for a road-going Porsche. Nürburgring lap time: 6'49"328, ten seconds quicker than the GT3.

This example ticks all the decisive boxes: Weissach Package (exposed carbon, lightweight components), 650 km from new, delivered new in Switzerland, never used on track, Porsche warranty until May 2027. For a collector, the 992.1 GT3 RS very likely represents the pinnacle of the purely petrol-powered RS — an extreme homologation machine whose production is strictly limited, with new-car access reserved for the network's most loyal clients.
